Directions:
- Remove the earplugs from their packaging.
- Roll down the earplug between your fingers to compress it.
- Reach over your head with your opposite hand and pull up on your outer ear.
- Insert the compressed earplug into your ear canal and hold it in place for a few seconds.
- Allow the earplug to expand slowly to conform to the shape of your ear canal.
- Dispose of the earplug after use. [Repeat steps for the other ear]
