Description
The sensor is connected to the marking device and will then be connected to the present meter by a reliable V24 or RS232 port. The advantages of the classical interface are in the simple, tried and tested data transfer, virtually-interference-free recording, and manufacturer-comprehensive device compatibility
When the meter has completed its measurement, the measuring result will appear on the jetStamp® 1025 sense display automatically. At the same time, it may be integrated, e.g. in a preset print image with additional information such as a logo, a sequential number, or a date/time filed.
This print image is then printed onto the product with the marking device – permanently and smear-resistant thanks to high-quality ink
Typical areas of application for the meter sensor and direct printing include:

- Moisture analyzers
- Hardness tests to Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers
- Layer thickness measurement
