This case also mean; use our applications for mobile, or use software provided by PSS in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, our services”) also term as by accessing, browsing, or shopping on this site; you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement and that you have indemnified us against any if not all claims that may arise out of your use of our services.

While we try our best to ensure the customers have great experience using our services, it might not be possible for the terms and conditions to be able to provide a timely and comprehensive coverage to all possible. Therefore, this said terms & conditions will be subjected to changes with or without notice when need do arise due to changes in methods and technology advancement.

We will continue to offer a wide range of PSS Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use an PSS Service (for example, Your Profile, Gift Cards, PSS Video, Your Media Library, PSS devices, or PSS applications) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that PSS Service (“Service Terms”). The compilation of all content included in or made available through any of our service is the exclusive property of ours and protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.


In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any of our service are trademarks or trade dress of PSS in the Singapore and other countries. PSS’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits us. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear in any of our services are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.


One or more patents owned by us apply to our services and to the features and services accessible via our services. Portions of our services operate under licence of one or more patents.


Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, Us or ours content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal and non-commercial use of our services. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of any of our service, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any of our service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.   • You may need your own account registered with us to use certain of our services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  • We do sell products for children, but sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates and dates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.


All purchases of physical items from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier in Singapore.


We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our designated store which shall be informed and instructed. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, We do not take title to the refunded item.

  • The effectiveness of policy is within 35 days from purchase.
  • The policy applies to online and in-store purchases.
  • Sale items are 14 days from purchase.
  • If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • For online purchases, the return policy will start once the order has been delivered/collected.
  • All return of your purchase will be subjected to first your request for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Such request of RMA shall be responded by us within next 48 hours upon your requisition and that we shall issue the RMA to you with details and refund amount applicable shall be stated as accordingly.
  • You will be required within the next 48 hours once you received the said RMA to return us same copy properly signed/ endorsed.
  • We shall informed you of the return procedure which may and may not require you to send the items to us.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days upon confirmation which will be subjected to us received the said items as according to our return procedure.

Change of mind returns:

If you change your mind, you may return most new and unopened items delivered within 15 days of receipt of delivery in Singapore and within 30 days of the receipt of delivery for places out of Singapore for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, provided you comply with our return policy as above and with the conditions below.

Take Note: Original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.

Conditions applying to change of mind returns

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

  • All item packaging, documentation (e.g. original boxes, price tag intact, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the returned items.
  • Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable) except for fashion items (e.g. clothing, jewellery, shoes and watches) which can be opened.
  • New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn.
  • All items must not be damaged, contain missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering.
  • All items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery.
  • We will not be required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

Customer Damage

We are not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering, is damaged, has missing parts or in an unsellable condition.

Shipping (Chang Of Mind )

For return requests which do not comply with our returns policies, you may be charged the return shipping cost.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

if you return your item where we have made arrangement for the collection, the shipping charges (which we will advise you) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you made own arrangement to return the item(s) of the order, there will be no shipping charges being credited to the original payment method for that return.

Note: If you return an item and the item is eligible for Free Returns, this case we will make arrangement for the collection and no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund irrespective of the reason for return

If you ship the item to us on your own and the reason for return is the result of an our error or, if we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs (for example, in case of Free Returns), your refund will include up to S$12.00 in return shipping fees.

If you wish to claim above the amount refunded for return shipping, you will need to specify in your request for refund and provide evidence to us to substantiate the reasonable costs incurred.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items (such as hazardous materials, health/personal care and food) are not returnable to us.

In some circumstances, these items may be eligible for a refund or a replacement (for example, if you receive the wrong item due to our error or if the item is faulty). Please Contact Us.

Refunds Policy

When you return an item, your eligibility for a refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on a number of factors, including how long you have had the item, how the item was purchased and the reason for the return

How Refunds Are Issued

Once you have returned your item, a refund will be issued after we receive the item, or after the seller notifies us of receipt of return (in case of items sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller). Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase

* If the original card has been lost, stolen or expired, the customer will be able to select a Gift Card refund online or customer would have to work with their bank

** Refunds will be reflected in your Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) account as soon as they are processed by PSS. Your payment plan will be rebalanced on your chosen third-party BNPL account or you will be refunded according to your chosen third-party BNPL provider’s refund policy.

Note:

After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 5-7 days for us to receive and process your return.

If the returned product is not in the original condition, or returned after the return window, you will be partially charged for the product price based on the following applicable policy:

Shipping Cost Refunds

Note:

  • If you return an item and the item is eligible for Free Returns, this case we will make arrangement for the collection and no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund irrespective of the reason for return.
  • If you ship the item to us on your own and the reason for return is the result of our error or, if we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs (for example, in case of Free Returns), your refund will include up to S$12.00 in return shipping fees.
  • If you wish to claim above the amount refunded for return shipping, you will need to specify in your request for refund and provide evidence to us to substantiate the reasonable costs incurred.


You can create a replacement through our Return Support Centre for most items if the item meets certain criteria.

The pre-requisites are;

  • You received the item that was damaged, defective, or not as expected. (We encourage you to take extra steps to document the conditions by means of taking pictures / photos if you suspect any unusual packing conditions suspecting that the items might be damaged while receiving the item.)
  • If the item is not in-stock within our inventory and that the stock replenishment cannot be done within 30 days period, we might (without any obligation) to offer alternatives to you. Otherwise, you may return the item for a full refund.
  • How long must you return the original item?
  • You must return the original item within 15 days once your replacement being process to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement item.

Note:

A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once before.

You must have a credit card saved on your account to facilitate the replacement process.

If for any reason your product is not eligible for any replacement, you can always return it for a refund.


The return process follows 2 simple steps as follows;

  1. Submission for request to return with applicable reasons and documentations prove by customer.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any our service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


With respect to items sold by PSS, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by PSS is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.

You order will be process as according to your prescribed shipping details in your account. We deemed that you have verified and ensure the accuracy.

  • You are allowed to cancel your order before your order being process and before item being shipped.
  • Once order entered into shipped mode, cancelation will not be possible. Then after , if you so desired to cancel the order – the proper return policy will apply.
  • You are allowed to cancel the order entered into processing but yet to be shipped. This case, you will be charged of stock relocation fees of an amount equivalent to 25% of the total value of the item ordered.


When you use any apps created by us when available, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.


You may not use any PSS Service if you are the subject of Singapore or U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with Singapore or U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using PSS Services. You must comply with all Singapore, U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including PSS Software), technology, and services.


You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. PSS reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant PSS a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant us and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify PSS for all claims resulting from content you supply. We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. we takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.


We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please send us information related to your claims and request to webadmin@practical.asia.


OUR SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PSS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PSS ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. WE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF OUR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PSS SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SATISFACTORY QUALITY. PSS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PSS SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES, PSS’S SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM PSS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY PSS SERVICE, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY PSS SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING


Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of our service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by us or through shop.practical.asia (or practical.asia) will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to Practical Systems & Supplies Pte Ltd, Attn: Legal Department, 1002 Toa Payoh Industrial Park #06-1465 Singapore 319074. The arbitration will be conducted by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (the “SIAC”) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of your request (the “Rules”). The Rules are available at http://www.siac.org.sg/our-rules.
To the extent of any inconsistency or conflict between the Rules and the provisions in these Conditions of Use, the Conditions of Use will prevail. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the Rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totalling less than S$5,000 unless the tribunal determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise,

We will not seek attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the tribunal determines the claims are frivolous. The arbitration will take place in Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall comprise one arbitrator nominated jointly by us and you, or failing such joint nomination, by the President of the Court of Arbitration of the SIAC. Any decision or award of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties.

The parties agree to waive (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any right of application or appeal to any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction in connection with any question of fact or law arising in the course of any arbitration or from any arbitral award or order.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. Use of Third Party Services. When you use our Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

No Reverse Engineering –You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with our Software, whether in whole or in part.

Updates – We may offer automatic or manual updates to our Software at any time and without notice to you.

Conflicts- In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other of ours or third-party terms applicable to any portion of our Software, such as open-source licence terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of our Software and to the extent of the conflict

Please note also that providing detailed and accurate information at the outset will facilitate efficient processing of your request. That information will include, for example, e-mail and/or credit card number used to make purchases for retail purchase information; the name, e-mail, and physical address of a seller for seller information; device serial number for our devices; and IP address and complete time stamps


If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit your complaint using our online form. This form may be used to report all types of intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, and patent claims.

We respond quickly to the concerns of rights owners about any alleged infringement, and we terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
