Description
Important Notes:
- For NBD (Next Business Day) Onsite excludes the de-mounting / mounting of projectors installed more than or equal to 2.5 metres above the ground and must be easily accessible via ladder to ceiling without any obstructions.
- Customer shall be charged for all costs, fees and expenses incurred by Epson for the deployment of third-party contractors to de-mount / mount the projectors.
- Otherwise, customer may wish to engage their own contractors to de-mount the projectors before Epson’s arrival, and to mount the projectors after the service repairs have been completed.
For Carry-in cover Parts and Labour.
- For NBD Onsite cover Parts, Labour and Transport.
For Laser Projector, warranty coverage based on number of years purchase or 12,000 / 20,000 operating hours, whichever is earlier from the date of purchase
In other words, the Warranty Coverage will lapse either upon the expiration of the warranty period, or when 12,000 / 20,000 operating hours have been made from the projector even if the warranty period have not passed.Prices applicable within 90days from date of purchase of main unit.
- Prices after 90 days from date of purchase additional 30% mark-up to all price.
- Price not applicable if product out of warranty.
- Epson Lamp only covers 1 Year or 1000 hours of usage, whichever is earlier from the date of purchase.
