Note:
- For Mac Big Sur 11.1, pls install the latest driver and disable the SIP function of your Mac if it still doesn’t work after the driver is upgraded.
- For Mac Big Sur 11.2, it is not supported by the ethernet adapter so far.
- Theoretically, the hub is compatible with the TV stick, but since the hub occupies the power port of the stick, to realize the configuration, you need a specially-made OTG cable with an isolated power cable.

Q: How can I do if the internet speed is slow?
A: 1. Connect the ethernet adapter to the USB 3.0 port instead of the USB 2.0 one.
- Set the ethernet adapter as 1Gbps full duplex.
- Ensure your home broadband is 1000Mbps and the ethernet cable is cat 5e or above.
Q: Does it support fire tv stick?
A: It can’t be used with Fire TV Stick directly.
Theoretically, the hub is compatible with the fire tv stick. You need a specially-made OTG adapter with an isolated power cable since the hub occupies the power port of the stick.
Q: What can I do if my computer doesn’t have a CD slot?
